As a strainer manufacturer in Germany, we build strainer and screen technology for the plant it belongs in: basket strainers, duplex strainers, pipeline strainers, temporary strainers and line blinds. Design, manufacturing and testing come from a single source. Manufacturing takes place in Großzöberitz near Halle.

Product range
The space available in the line and how often it is cleaned determine the right type. A housing with a removable basket holds considerably more dirt. A screen between two flanges, on the other hand, needs no additional installation space.
Strainer housings with removable basket: basket, simplex, duplex and T-type strainers, pipeline strainers and custom designs.
Strainer elements, flat, cylindrical and conical screens made to sample, size or drawing – also for other manufacturers’ strainers. For commissioning, there are dedicated temporary strainers.
Spade blinds, paddle spacers, spectacle blinds and restriction orifice plates isolate a line safely or restrict the flow to the required rate.
We make strainer elements, strainer baskets and gaskets to size or to sample – for our own series as well as for other manufacturers’ strainers.
Why our own manufacturing
As a manufacturer of strainer systems and individual units, we build most strainers as custom solutions for a specific plant. Medium, pressure, temperature, installation position and the required certificates determine the design. We clarify these points together with you – before the first cut. This avoids changes once the housing has already been welded.

The mesh size depends on the medium, its solids and the component downstream. For nine media, we describe the design in detail.

To start with, the type, nominal size and operating pressure are enough for us. If you are unsure, describe the installation situation to us.
Tell us the medium and the operating temperature. These determine the material and the gasket.
State the mesh size if it has already been defined. Otherwise, the component to be protected is enough for us.
